These utterly silly Hungry Hound Doggy Banks bring a whole new meaning to putting your money where your mouth is. More accurately if you put your money where their mouth is they'll cheerfully gobble it all up and keep it safe for you until you need it. Their lolloping tongues and bouncy nature are quite charming (and it has to be said slightly manic) so much so that you'll want to keep on plying them with the contents of you pockets until you run out of shrapnel.All you have to do is drop a coin in the dog's dinner bowl and watch him (or her but we find it hard to believe that a lady dog would have such appalling table manners) hungrily devour it. It will end up in the box upon which the Hungry Hound happily hunches ready for you to take out again if you should need it. What's more they're available in three distinctly doggy colours - white brown and black. Being Japanese they're kitsch and slightly bizarre but boy is it addictive. Saving money never tasted so good. These Hungry Hounds will gobble up your loose change. Simply place some change in the bowl and watch them eat it. Money is transferred to the box below. One supplied.
